 | | One of our artists designs the jewellery using a 3D CAD system. The design is then rendered in 3D, photos of the rendering can be provided to our customers on request. | The 3D design is then loaded onto our high-precision 3D modelling prototyping system. A solid wax model is created to give an accurate indication of how the piece will look before it is manufactured. Our master craftsmen will then manufacture the finished piece. | | What does Computer Aided Design mean (CAD)?... Our designers physically draw your design in a 3D programme. These files are exported to the "Solidscape" prototype machine. From these files the rapid prototyping machine builds a wax model of your design with extremely fine resolution (detail). | | Visualise your design as a 3d photo or as a wax model before manufacturing takes place. | | What happens next?... Your wax model is then cast into platinum or 18ct gold ready for traditional jewellery finishing by our craftsmen at the bench. | | |
| The design and manufacturing process takes between 7 - 14 working days, however, should you have a special request we will try and accommodate you. |
